SOLD - 1939 FORD DELUXE COUPE

Sale PENDING

If you are a serious buyer and want an outstanding car, see this ’39 in person and you will buy it. It is that nice. It may not be a “Trailer Queen” but it has to be one of the best ‘39’s in the country. Yes it’s been driven but not a lot and it’s an outstanding driver. It’s basically stock with extras, it has dual Stomberg 97 carburetors, headers, and the engine is painted in two tone colors. The wood grain on the dash and window frames is excellent. Even the dash has new old stock gauges. The underside is one area that keeps it from being a trailer queen. It’s not show as it was built to be a driver. Very clean and well done. Yes the frame has some scratches in the paint, but are you going to jack it up in the air for your fiends to see? ( they will be impressed if you do ) Everything looks new or just rebuilt. 1939 is the last year for having a floor shift. We serviced and safety checked it even tho I knew it needed nothing. (Call Metal Frictions and ask Dick what he thinks of the car 206-364-8560) The odometer part of the new speedometer quit working and the wipers don’t work. Like all early Fords it pops out of second gear. Cond. # 2+.
