1956 CHEV NOMAD

This is one sharp ride

Beautiful turquoise and ivory paint with new matching interior. Looks to be the original Chevy 265 V-8 engine with a Powerglide transmission. New exhaust. New wide white tires. New brakes and wheel cylinders. Nomads are low production cars. Their unique styling makes them highly collectable. This one is a very good example. Everyone that sees it thinks it’s a great car. It does show very well. Chrome is very good as is the trim. Like all of our cars we went through this one very well, we even re-built the speedometer. I like to sell you very good cars. I have driven this car over 40 miles so I feel I know this car. We had the front seat re-padded. Why was it not done when they installed the new interior???? We think this car might have been hot rodded at some time. It looks like they cut floor pan above the trans for a 4 speed transmission??? We think it may have been hit on the right side years ago but nothing shows other then the right rear inner fender well is off a little, otherwise nothing. Even the lower rocker looks good like it’s never been hit. It has a patch on the spare tire well. Looks like some minor rust repair on the underside otherwise the frame and all looks great. Someone tried to under coat it but the stuff never hardened so if you touch it it comes off on your hand. The vin tag has been taken off and riveted back on, this may require bonding in your state. This Nomad came out of California. It now has power brakes with a split brake system. Seat belts. Stock non working radio. Tach. If cars could only talk what stories we would hear.
