1969 Buick Skylark Coupe

SALE PENDING 1969 Buick Skylark Coupe V-8 AT. Power Steering. This car looks great, the paint shines and the new chrome sparkles. This car runs and drives great. I have driven it at least 200 miles and it worked great. \r\n The previous owner had the car for a number of years. She had is serviced by the same shop that does our work(Gilmour Automotive in Ballard, WA). Since buying the car from her we have had them service and safety check the car. Gilmours service invoice is one of the last photos in this display. I talked to the service writer at Gilmours about this car and he said that she really enjoyed driving this car. He also told me that he thought that she had the engine replaced by Buick Specialists in the south end of Seattle. He didnt know if it was a rebuilt engine or just a lower milage engine. We dont have any records of an engine swap, but it is not the original block. It runs really quiet and smooth. \r\n The paint on this car looks great, but if you inspect the car closely you will find some spots where the paint is a little thin. The body is in great shape. There are some minor dings, and if you look at the front drivers side fender you will see that it is pushed in(it is hard to notice). There has been some rust repair which you can see. There is a spot below the drivers door that looks like it was repaired and also on the passenger side rear fender in front of the tire you can see another spot that looks like it was filled. The interior is in great shape. The seats, door panels, headliner, and dash all look great. The carpet is showing some wear. The trunk has been coated with a texture paint and looks nice and fresh. The engine compartment is clean. This is a clean looking car that you could use as a driver. #3 condition
