1951 Custom Chevy 5 Window Pickup, 350 V-8. 5 Speed Manual Transmission. 4 Wheel Disc Brakes

Beautiful Total Frame of Restoration This is a totally restored pickup. Kyle bought an old farm truck June 2010. He did a complete total restoration, including the paint. He bought a 1985 S–10 frame for the undercarriage. The engine had a problem so we installed a brand new crate 350 Chevy engine witch comes with a warranty.  Has a late model 5 speed manual transmission. 1998 Blazer rear end. Four-wheel power disc brakes. Power steering. Kyle did a lot of cutting and welding making a beautiful pickup. Vintage under-the-dash A/C.  Works really well on these hot days. Chrome tilt column. The pickup was completed May 30, 2012.  Only 200 mile since completion. Now has over 400 miles or 200 on new engine. It's fun to drive and it sounds like a race car. This is almost a show truck. Two things you will notice. 1) The paint looks great but on closer inspection you will see that it is not show finish. 2. The right rear fender has a blemish in the paint. Kyle thought about fixing it but never got around to it. The interior is beautiful and all insulated. When you look this pickup over you will be impressed.  Note the VIN tag looks new and was taken off and and re-installed, this may require bonding in your state? See photo.  Brad's did the service and safety check. I told Brad that I wanted him to go over the PU and make sure it was standing tall. Since it was brand new the air had not been charged yet, but it now blows cold.  Brad's also found that the drive shaft was not the right length, it is now. If you don't think Brad's did a lot, the bill is three pages long. Things like the new Dakota gauge was not working correctly, was sent back to Dakota for warranty. This may be one of the best built PU's I have had. The more I drive it the better I like it. It handles well and feels great.  Cond. #2-.
