22' Continental Cargo Enclosed Dual Axle Trailer DGT6227 VIN# 4X4TSEZ212NO26227. This 2002 trailer has all the good add-ons, the best being the electric jack. The front of the trailer has diamond plate for protection from rocks and other road hazards. There is a 110 electrical connection for when the trailer is being stored, which can come in handy in a lot of ways. The rear door measures 6' 2" high and 7' 7" wide. The rear of the trailer is dovetailed which makes it easier to load cars that might be low to the ground. The rear door opens easily and doesn't feel heavy. The over all interior length is 21' by 8' wide with 6' 8" between the wheel wells. The overall height clearance is 6' 3", that's from the floor to the lowest point on the ceiling, which are the interior lights. This trailer also has a 4' X 6' man door on the right side. These doors are nice to have for access in front of whatever you're hauling. Spare tire is mounted on the front of the trailer to save interior space. Having an enclosed trailer is such a better way to go than an open trailer in so many ways, the best being your car will stay clean on the road. This trailer has been owned by the same person for 6 years and the only reason he's selling it is because he isn't buying and selling as many cars as he used to. The interior has some wear, but it's in overall good shape. This trailer is dry and there are no signs of leaks that I've seen. The exterior overall, is good too, there are a couple of dents at the bottom of the diamond plate on the front of the trailer. Enclosed trailers have so many advantages over a flatbed and if you've never owned one you don't know what you're missing out on.
