1965 PLYMOUTH BELVEDERE I PRO STREET RACE CAR

A Real GO Fast Race Car What a drive I had! This is what is fun about buying and selling classic cars. Yes I kinda put my foot in it, well not very much, but what a ride and the sound... Most fun car I have driven in a long time. This is an outstanding car. You will not believe the paint and chrome. The car was painted in 2001 and sold right after it was finished. The new owner then ripped the old engine, transmission and rear end out. He bought a brand new 440 Mopar Performance cross-bolted main bearing block. Built a brand new engine with loads of horse power, a Torque-flite transmission to racing specifications and a brand new racing rear end. It was finished in 2001 and driven just over 4,000 but looks like it was just finished. Almost a sleeper car but the big giveaway is the hood scoop and the wheels and tires, otherwise you would think its just a beautiful car. Open the hood and you change your mind in a hurry. Engine compartment is show, with that big bored and stroked 440 engine. Impressive to say the least. This car is set up to race and thats one of the first things you feel, the stiff suspension. Again this is not a car for everyone, it would be real easy to get in big trouble in one fast hurry. With all the horsepower I was amazed at how well it drove. It was built with the idea of being a very fast street-able car, but a race car no less. You need to look at the photos and there are 4 pages of info to answer your questions. Id be more than happy to show you Bev (thats her name) but no test drives. When I heard about the car I was told I would not have to do anything. Guess what, I did not do anything. Didnt even dust it. Hard to find a car of this caliber. Little things like the heater was totally rebuilt, new old stock gauges, thats what makes this an outstanding investment. # 2+++.
