1952 Chevrolet Pickup, DGT0024
VIN: 3KPE10024
This is a beautiful, nearly stock pickup truck. I purchased it from a gentleman on Whidbey Island and drove it home to Drager's clubhouse. It is difficult to find a truck of this quality. The gentleman who sold it to me resided in Oklahoma when he acquired it, where he had it restored and painted. I'm not sure if that's when the 235 six cylinder engine was installed or before he bought it?They subsequently moved to Washington state and brought this beautiful truck with them. He installed power disc brakes on the front axle. It features a split exhaust system and is exceptionally clean. The truck has a beautiful wood bed, chrome front and rear bumpers, chrome wheels with a chrome bonnet, hubcap, and brand-new Toyo tires. The interior is well-maintained and includes seatbelts. The truck does not appear to have been used as a truck. The underside is also very clean.
I was not particularly satisfied with the truck's steering. The seller informed me that he was experiencing issues and even attempted to install power steering, We have been working on resolving this issue for some time. Brandon successfully resolved the problem by installing a new stirring box.
I must express my satisfaction with the exceptional driving experience this truck provides, regardless of the destination. The vehicle's performance is truly remarkable. I am confident that you will enjoy this truck immensely.
