1954 Chevrolet 3100 5 Window 1/2 ton P/U. DGT0980 VIN H540010980. This is a cool old cruiser that I've been driving the last few days and love it. Everywhere I drive this truck I get people waving and giving me thumbs up, so it gets lots of attention. The truck is not a show piece, but it is a great driver. The body is very straight and there are no bubbles, but the paint is pretty weak! The drivers side fender has been filled where the spare tire would sit and the body work is starting to show. The paint has issues throughout giving it a “patina” look. This truck has a 235 straight 6cylinder that is set up with split manifolds. The intake is Offenhauser as well as the valve cover. The Exhaust manifold is made by Fenton. The exhaust sound great when you're doing about 60. The other great thing about this truck that it has a Hydramatic transmission, so you don't have to shift. The interior looks good with a two tone black and silver vinyl seat. Nicely finished wood bed give a good contrast with the paint color. Cond. #3- PRICE $27,500
