1950 FORD CUSTOM 2 DOOR SEDAN

IN 1959 THIS IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED AS MY HIGH SCHOOL CAR Now this is Lost in the 50s What fun to drive. Its just like when I was in high school going to the drive-in every nite. I can just see drag racing through the tunnel. (There is a tunnel on I-90 in Seattle that was just a few feet over 1/4 mile and back in the 50s & 60s thats what we did. I remember the noise to this day.) Anyway the Ford is lowered with 4 blocks in the back, its got flames and a mild tuck and rolled interior. Still running the flathead Ford V-8 with a 3 speed on the column. I was out driving it the other day and high signs everywhere. Speaking of driving it still drives like a 50s Ford. It has a little play in the steering but if it had radials it would track better, but I had no problem driving on and off the freeway. It cruises right down the road. Engine compartment looks real good, clean and detailed. The trunk is all carpeted. Chrome looks good. There is some pitting (check the photos). Nothing fancy with the wheels just wide whites and stock hubcaps. This is a really solid car I only found one minor rust hole in the floor pan and it was covered over from the top. (see photo) Youll have fun with this car and you wont break the bank buying it. I bought it from a long time friend and it had been sitting for a couple of years. I had to do quite a bit. Now ready for your Friday nite cruizin. Flathead V-8. 3-speed with just rebuilt overdrive. 12 volt starting. Kind of a bronze color with flames. Nice white tuck and roll interior. New brakes, wheel and master cylinders. Electric backup fuel pump. An affordable, fun to drive custom. Flatheads have a neat sound all their own. All serviced and safety checked and ready to roll. #3 cond.
